I tried hurts bees myself, with my eyes open and their baby shampoo helped with my allergies actually and did not sting at all....not AT ALL which is what I am looking for. I asked them not to shampoo my kids faces, because of this reason, and they listened and didn't. This next grooming I am going to bring in my Burts Bees Baby Shampoo , made right here in North Carolina (Durham) so they can use Burts Bees Baby to wash my babies faces.

I was very very impressed with their entire facility. I went on tour right after I dropped my babies off for their groom, in the event I ever needed to board there and I will. If they had had anything to Hide, they would have made me wait to see their facilities, including the area where the dogs stay and all the play yards. They were glad to give me the "tour" right away and in fact suggested it themselves. The Pool area was awesome and the Private Play Yards and different types of Boarding Facilities within the one housing area are many. They are expensive, but this is because I have two rescues, one adopted and one regular dog.
I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. For starters they seem to genuinely care about your animals. Every time I go in there everyone has been super nice.
The groomers always do a great job and it’s obvious when watching the live cameras that the boarding staff enjoys playing with the dogs multiple times a day.
